Lucy has continued to do SO GREAT with being potty-trained. She often reminds me, "Mommy, I not pee in my panties anymore." And she doesn't. It's incredible. And so wonderful. We have kept her in a diaper at night - just to be safe. But her diaper has been pretty much dry the last two days so when she asked if she could sleep in her panties, I figured, might as well give it a try.
I woke up to Lucy crying in the middle of the night that she needed to go potty. I picked her up from her bed and put her onto the potty - where she still did a lot of pee pees, but it was too late - the bed had also gotten wet. I was too tired to clean everything up right then so I just put a diaper on Lucy and brought her back to our bed with us.
In the morning, I pulled the mattress off and hand-washed the cover, then hung it up to dry. I was then doing something with the babies - nursing, changing diapers, rocking...I don't remember what - but I came into the girls' room to see this. They were using the slats of the bed as chairs and Emma sat at the front as the teacher. It was so cute. And super funny to listen to because Emma was doing exactly what she would hear her teacher say during virtual school.
"Remember to raise your hand." And then Emma would wait for a while to give everyone a chance to raise their hand and not just pick the first person. Since Emma only had two "students", she would also pretend to be a student and ask questions that she would hear students in her virtual class ask. "Teacher, I can't find my math book." "That's okay, we can get started without it today." And then things like, "Put your finger on your nose when you know the answer." I also noticed that each of Emma's students had names like Jasmine, Ariel, Rapunzel, etc. It was also so fun to see Alice and Lucy dutifully listening and following Emma's directions. If you watch this little video, you'll see what I mean.

Just more pics of the cute babes. They are playing on the floor more and more.
A few days ago, Emma's teacher told the kids that they should go on a "leaf-walk" on the days they didn't have school. Ever since then, Emma has been talking about the "leaf-walk" and making a "leaf-crown." Today she got to do it with her sisters and friends. They did this all on their own and they turned out so cute!
Here's a little more up-close shot.
Since it was Friday night, the girls got to watch a show. While they watched their show with Dallas, I walked on the treadmill (I'd been in my running clothes all day but it still hadn't happened, so I figured I might as well at least get a little walk in). And the babies played on the floor. Here are some shots I got of the babes after my walk:
