These babes wake up SO early! And today I didn't have one of the girls to play with them in our closet. I made sure our bedroom door was closed and set them up with some toys in the closet and tried to sleep just a bit more. They actually did pretty well.
Olive looking at the camera.
And now Mabel's giving me a smile.
Some of the girl's drawings that they are sending to a friend. This is Emma's. She put a bunch of hearts on the paper for her friend to find. She has also been using a book that shows her how to draw an animals, so she included an animal on her picture.
This is the back - I will have to have her remind me what it is about.
Alice's picture. She has gotten really good at coloring every inch of the page and I love it!
This is the back of Alice's. I have encouraged to use up all the paper before they get another sheet. They don't always remember, but I am so pleased when they do. (Otherwise we got through paper WAY too fast.)
Lucy's drawing. Getting great at using lots of color!
So our neighbor's brought us a super spicy dish. So spicy that Dallas drank like a gallon of milk to try and save himself. But then he left it on the counter...and Lucy eats everything she sees...
I was doing something and heard,"I no like this. I no like this." Luckily, Lucy just took a tiny bite so she survived. Little tangent. Way back when, I chopped up a bunch of kiwi and put them in a serving bowl. Lucy said she wanted some, so I gave her a bowl and told her she could take what she wanted. When I turned back around, I saw that she had put the ENTIRE serving bowl into her own bowl. That day she liked kiwis. But that night she said her mouth hurt. Since then, whenever I offer kiwi, she shakes her head and says, "I no like kiwi. They hurt." Sigh. Sweet Lucy.
I also like that you can see Alice playing with Olive in the background.
Here's Alice decorating her envelope that she's sending to her friend. She is truly so sweet and thoughtful.
She decorated hers and Lucy's.
Emma reading Anne of Green Gables with Mabel.
A super happy Mabel. Emma REALLY loves reading like this with a baby at her side.
Now Emma knows I'm taking her picture so she's posing.
The girlies got to try pomegranate today. Alice really enjoyed it.
This is definitely one of Lucy's favorite shirt. It has a puppy dog on the front.
And today I found her hiding under the table - sometimes it's her little doggie house. Too cute.
